(EN)Join us for an organically sourced, vegetarian performative pop-up dinner, carefully crafted in collaboration with the artists and gastronomer Chiara Zoë from De Rafel Resto-Rand. Set at a long table turned art installation, posing questions concerning the private spaces of the food we incorporate. This culinary feast will be a unique setting composed of local and seasonal dishes accompanied with homebrewed goods, garden crops, sparkling fermented drinks and dinner table objects specially created by the artists for this tasting.
